@Shuva: I didn't fire the flash for the fill-in, since it attracts unecessary attention, else this shot wud have been perfect as far as the exposure is being discussed. Thanks for your feedbacks :)

A very nice street shot.
Often, photos about India are in colors because there is a lot of some vivids ones. Your choice of a monochromatic processing is a good idea in my mind, it's a nice way to present us this street scene.
