Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there; I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sun on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die.

A startling and very emotive piece, Babul. A sobering reminder of harsh realities in our beautiful but very troubled world today.

nice shot babul , only a bit of burning in post processing would have made the picture more interesting and more communicating

@Rags: This was shot in the Cemetery at St. George's Cathedral in Madras (now known as Chennai)

Powerful image. I would like it even more with more contrast. "My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings" I forget the name of the poet who wrote that.

@Aayawa: Thanks for your comments:
I looked it up; it's by Percy Bysshe Shelley
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!" Nothing beside remains: round the decay Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare, The lone and level sands stretch far away."
