An unusual image, and well caught. I guess you used flash for that.

@Andrew Gould: Thanks for your comments, this was an amazing opportunity where there were two floroscent lights on either sides of me to where I was squatting to shoot this pair who were moving in unision. Hence I didn't need to use the flash! The overcast sky helped build the mood here as well and gives an excellent backdrop too.
now THAT is using ambient light to the maximum potential.
as well as timing. I have the biggest problem photographing moving things so my hat's off to you for capturing this image of a beautiful creature.

@Daniel Chen: thanks for your appreciating comments
the good thing about digital cameras is that you can experiment a lot b4 you get wonderful results. the more you shoot the more files you have and you end up with a huge number of pics but then you later sort out the winning shots from those.
am happy that photography works for me...
nice compose !

You have some extrordinary pictures in your collection, I must say! I'm very impressed by your photography. This is one of my favorites, but I'm also fascinated by the sky in many of your shots (streets and nature shots). Another favorite was the london eye. Just amazing! I'm enjoying just walking outside and capturing whatever I see. Whenever on holiday, I try to get good images of people and their faces. I did this in India once, and the results are just beautyful. People are beautyful - that's why I enjoyed the "can you trust me?" so much! Are you a professional or just hobby photographer, like me? Thanks for sharing these truly wonderful pictures. You made my day!
